The hotel is very old and looks it. The carpet was old and dirty, and the view was awful. There was only a liquid soap dispenser, with no shampoo or bar soap. The beds had no blankets, just an old, torn cover. Noise was a problem too, from the pipes, people talking, and machines, and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was average, with no eggs. Checkout was at 10:00 a.m., though they didn’t clean in the morning. During my four-day stay, my sheets and towels were never changed. The location was excellent, and there was central heating.

I’ve stayed here three different times and have always been treated very well. The administration is courteous and friendly, and they’ve gone the extra mile to make me feel at home away from home. I have no complaints. The continental breakfast is great, and rooms at the back are quieter than the ones in front.

The people are friendly and the attention is really good. Breakfast is standard, just okay. The decor is old and it isn’t very clean, but being so close to the obelisco makes it worth it.

The bathroom was nice and the location was great, but the breakfast was mediocre at best. There’s no room service either, and you have to take out your own trash.
