Torres del Sur Apart Hotel

The cabin we were assigned was in very poor condition, nothing like the video they sent us when we booked. Towels were torn and badly worn, basic kitchen items were missing, there was only one small fan for three rooms, and neither the indoor nor outdoor jacuzzi worked. A sign did say the indoor one wasn't working. When we raised concerns about the place, the owner appeared but never introduced himself. He reacted with threats and insults, then decided to throw us out of the complex, saying he "didn't want people like that." San Martín de los Andes has plenty of other places to stay. I can't recommend this complex unless you want to pay a lot for somewhere poorly maintained and be treated rudely.

The owner was quite rude, and the value for money is poor. The photos don't show what the place is really like. The cabin is run down: the bathroom door won't close, the jacuzzi doesn't work, the sheets are torn, and the towels are ruined. It's unbearably hot inside, with no ventilation. One bathroom has no window or exhaust fan, and the barbecue area is just as hot and has no ventilation. The grills are destroyed. The pool is boiling hot, maybe usable in winter but not in summer. You're not allowed to use the grounds, and there's no privacy. You can barbecue, but there's not even a cutting board.

A pleasant, family-friendly spot. The bright, airy cabin is very well equipped, and there's a garden, a pool, and an area for barbecuing.

The house itself has very good infrastructure, but the old furniture is uncomfortable and the decor is terrible. The main door to the garden stays locked, and the barbecue area is dilapidated. They only change the towels, and the bed linens are replaced just once in ten days. No cleaning service is absurd, especially since they won't let you hire someone else.
