Good value, lovely views, charming staff, and friendly guests.

It’s a peaceful, beautiful place with a roomy, comfortable room. The cleaning staff were so friendly and did a great job. The animals are sweet and affectionate, always keeping you company, and they’ll even sleep in your room if you want. Everything was excellent, from the location to the price and comfort. We’ll be back.

The guesthouse is in a great spot, two blocks from the bus terminal and a few more from the main street. Our room was bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a two-burner stovetop, utensils, table, and chairs. There’s also a well-kept garden. The service was excellent, and they let us leave our luggage twice while we traveled to other cities for the night. Excellent value for money. We’ll definitely return. Highly recommended.

We left after the first night without completing our reservation. We were a couple with two young children, and found a puddle under the bed where water was seeping through the wall. We paid almost 80,000 for the room, and for that price there are much better places. The only thing you’re paying for here is the location. The view of the hills is nice, like at many other places in Tilcara, but the manager was apathetic and our experience was so bad we can hardly remember it. It’s very expensive and overrated, and the facilities could be improved. Not recommended at all.
