It was okay.

The air conditioning and fridge both worked well, and the staff were friendly and very good. We stayed in November 2025, though the place looked a little different from the photos. There was damp in my bathroom and the balcony window locks weren't working. Instructions could have been better, and maintenance seemed generally lacking. The price was in line with what was advertised.

Maria and Ema took great care of us. My family and I had a very comfortable two-night stay in the premium room for five, which worked perfectly for us. The location is super close to everything.

It's peaceful here and close to the hot springs, which were the pluses for us. The room floors were dirty, the bathroom lighting was poor, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. We couldn't find a breakfast table because the small place was full. The girl who attended us was very unfriendly and gave us no directions. It also advertises a lake view, but the lake is quite far away, so there isn't really one.
