Hotel Resort Posta De Juarez

My sister and I were really looking forward to going out for dinner. We lived in Firmat for almost 30 years before settling in Rosario and La Plata, and this outing left me very angry. We won't eat there again, and I hope a lot of people read this. We waited over 20 minutes just to get the menu, then another half hour for someone to take our order. Finally, Mr. Batistoni, who said he was the owner, told us the kitchen was already closed and offered only pizza. He apologized and said he wouldn't charge us. The pizza came about 20 minutes later, cold and topped with awful cheese. It wasn't mozzarella, it was cream cheese thrown on carelessly. We were raised with strong values, so even though Mr. Batistoni had said he'd take responsibility, we asked the waiter for the bill. We waited another 15 minutes before the owner brought it, apologizing again and offering coffee or dessert to make up for it. We declined and paid. The meal wasn't our choice, it was forced on us. They hadn't even cleaned the table, and we had to ask for napkins. The service and attitude were deplorable, and I found the owner untrustworthy. The pizza wouldn't have made him richer or poorer, but giving it to us would have made him look good. Zero stars for the whole experience, including the service, the lack of punctuality, the waiter having to apologize for things he shouldn't have, and the owner, who is a complete fraud.

The value for money was terrible, and parking costs extra. The service was adequate, but the room carpet smelled musty, the bathroom had water stains and bare, unpainted walls, and breakfast was mediocre. It felt overpriced for such a poor stay.

The location was very good and the service was too. I wasn't impressed by the coffee, though, and the prices were pretty high.

The staff were excellent, and breakfast was fine. The hotel itself was okay, but the room and bathroom didn't match what it advertises. I booked because of the pool and breakfast, yet they wouldn't let my daughter use the pool, saying it was closed even though I could see it was in working order.
