Club House Hotel

The kitchen was really good, and the place was spotless, a 10 for cleanliness. We were traveling with a group of teenagers, which comes with its own challenges, and the care and attention they gave us were excellent. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, always available, and the receptionists were especially kind. The owner kept an eye on every detail. Perfect value for money, and I’d recommend it 100%.

The breakfast was just toast and a croissant, with nothing else. For one night they charged 83,000 pesos, even though we’d agreed on 76,000. They didn’t even provide a shampoo or conditioner packet. It felt like they took advantage of us. I wouldn’t return or recommend the place. Highway robbery.

The staff were nice, but the value for the price left me feeling ripped off. At $75,000 per night, I’d expect the basics to work when I got in from a trip: a hot shower, plastered walls, a working toilet, decent Wi-Fi, or at least air conditioning that works.

We paid 75,900 pesos, and they weren’t even honest about the price. It was the most expensive place of our whole vacation, and also the ugliest. The building is old and seems neglected, and the bathroom looked awful. The toilet flush button doesn’t work right. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, and the person checking us in didn’t show us the Wi-Fi or the bathroom. I’ve stayed in nicer places for less.
