It's quiet, with good Wi-Fi, and close to both the city center and the waterfront. The stove and refrigerator worked well. But for that price, there are better options. The house is old and spacious, and it could be picturesque if it were in better condition. The website photos are retouched and make it look much better, very different from how it actually is. The bathroom has a lot of problems, there's dust and mold throughout the house, and the cleaning was very superficial.

It was a lovely experience in a place full of history, though it could use more cleaning and landscaping.

My family and I had a terrible stay. Cleanliness was a real problem, with spiders all over, cockroaches around the sink and even inside the bed. It was disgusting. The doors open easily, so the place felt very unsafe. I can't even begin to describe the bathroom. Its window is in the middle of the room and looks straight into the neighbor's yard, leaving you completely exposed. I told him the place wasn't safe because of the cockroaches. I barely slept, especially after turning down the bed and finding dead cockroaches between the sheets. He refused to refund us at first, saying he would use the money to pay the cleaner and couldn't lose the booking because it was his livelihood. We talked only on WhatsApp for two hours because he never showed up. He eventually returned our money, but not before threatening us. He said we had to leave immediately and quickly leave everything as it was, or he'd come back and beat the hell out of us. It was 10:30 p.m. when he refunded us, and we had to go out looking for somewhere to sleep. Honestly, he ruined our weekend.

The owners were helpful whenever we needed them, and there are plenty of amenities for relaxing. It's an excellent place in a quiet location. Highly recommend.
