The location is the only redeeming thing about this place. I had a terrible stay. The kitchen was disgusting, the oven was broken and unusable, and there was nowhere to eat indoors since everything was outside, even though we came in autumn. There was no water heater either. The room had bunk beds, but rain got the top one wet and the hallways were wet too. All the beds wobbled. There was one bathroom for women and one for men. Management and reception were practically nonexistent. I stayed three days and nobody was around, so there was no one to talk to about any of it.

The bathrooms and rooms were clean, and the service was friendly. They replied quickly on WhatsApp about paying for the reservation, though they didn't answer my other questions. I was there for Carnival, and the place was fine for sleeping and showering after the club. I slept okay because I was tired, but the mattress was bad and I could feel the bed frame. I don't think I'd manage more than one night on it. For $4000 a night, I didn't feel the service was worth it. There was no Wi-Fi, and the rooms had no lockers.

The park, with its plants and trees, was lovely, and the location and price were good. The rest of the stay was a mess. There was no reception or useful information, and although this is a HOSTEL, we couldn't use the kitchen. The oven was dirty, cables were under the refrigerators, and only the microwave worked. There were leaks in the room, and rain got the top bunk wet. The garage doors used to enter and leave at night didn't feel safe. We were told on two of the three nights with my friends that we'd have the place to ourselves. One morning we came back to find someone asleep in my friend's bed. Another night a girl arrived while we were eating in the room, and nobody had told us to expect her. That's on the hostel, not the guests. Of the two showers, only one had hot water; the other was very cold. At 9 a.m. they'd knock to clean while you were asleep, with the noise of bags, mops, and buckets of water. We came hoping to cook for ourselves and have a unique experience with other people. Instead, we got no information, couldn't cook, and when we asked what there was to visit, they brushed us off with comments about Gualeguaychú. DON'T GO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. LOOK FOR OTHER HOTELS.

The location is excellent, and the price is very affordable. It's clean, the bathrooms are spotless, and the shower works perfectly. There's a welcoming atmosphere, and the hostel is open all year. Viviana is very friendly. There's also a hot water dispenser and a patio where you can eat if you like. Great value for money.

There was literally nobody around to help, and there were no common amenities. The kitchen had no hot water or utensils. The mattresses were child-sized and only 15cm thick, so it felt like sleeping on the floorboards. The cleaning lady woke you up so she could clean and make you leave. No lockers or nightstands either. Terrible as a hostel, though it could work as a night shelter for homeless people.
