For a two-star hotel, I thought it was very good, and the rooms were comfortable. The food was good, and the pool view is really nice. It’s also in a very handy spot, close to the bus terminal and just two blocks from the main avenue. One thing they should consider is adding a minibar to the rooms, and there were too few electrical outlets. Cheers!

The best parts were the location, cleanliness, and lunch service. It’s right in the city center and close to the bus terminal, the facilities were exceptionally clean, and the bar and restaurant staff at lunch were excellent. The food was fresh, healthy, and good quality. There’s also a nice lobby lounge with comfortable sofas, a pleasant pool and a great view, and friendly service at reception in the morning. On the first day, someone showed me to my room and gave me a tour of some facilities. The price is cheap and fits what’s offered. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I was there for a week, and the worst part came at the end. I’d arranged a half-board package over WhatsApp before arriving, but the owner did a completely different set of calculations and tried to charge me an extra $100,000. I insisted on the price we’d agreed on, which I had in writing. She got angry, cursed at me, and said I couldn’t stay any longer. I had to leave at 10:30 AM, even though my return flight wasn’t until that evening. The other problems started on arrival. When I booked over WhatsApp, nobody told me check-in was at 3:00 PM, although I’d said on the phone that I’d arrive Saturday morning. I got there at 8:30 AM, had to pay for breakfast, and then go out to kill time before they’d give me a room, though they did let me wait at the hotel. Breakfast is only served from 8:30 to 10 AM. It’s coffee brought by the waitresses, or yerba mate and tea, with toast, one butter, a little jam, a small pastry, and a croissant. There’s no juice, only flavored water to buy, and no yogurt. The waitresses tend to be rude, and breakfast feels like you’re helping them instead of receiving friendly, courteous service. They give you one shampoo sachet on the first day, though I was able to ask for more at the entrance another day. The Wi-Fi is awful, especially in the room. Dinner was disappointing too. The first course felt like it was just there to tide you over until the main dish arrived, and was only about a quarter of its size. Bread came with some kind of spread on only a couple of days.

We were a sports group of 11, two adults and nine children, visiting for a competition, and everyone had a good time. The place has loads of space, almost like a labyrinth, and it was spotless everywhere. The rooftop pool is a real treat, and there’s a play area, parking, a dining room, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and simple, with croissants, toast, butter and jam, plus unlimited tea and coffee. It’s just across Route 38 and comes right out onto Avenida Edén, a great location. We booked a few months ahead and paid a small deposit by bank transfer. WhatsApp replies took a little while, but they always answered and were very friendly.

The staff were so kind and friendly, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The floors, stairs, and pool were spotless. We had a wonderful honeymoon, even though we had to lower our expectations a little. Our room was tiny for two, but the bed was comfortable, and the beautiful view of the pool and mountains was a real plus. We enjoyed the pool, but it isn’t heated, so it got too cold at night to really use. Some lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing would have made a big difference, since the standard plastic chairs weren’t comfortable. Breakfast was good and the food was delicious, though a small glass of soda or fresh juice would’ve been nice. The game room was a letdown. The foosball table was broken, and the pool table was very old, with balls that kept getting stuck. The location is excellent, with everything close by. We got to enjoy the area, including the mountain train and the Hotel Eden. If you’re looking for a beautiful view and friendly staff, it’s a good option. We’d come back.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the price was reasonable. This family-run hotel is simple and clean, with comfortable rooms and a lovely pool. It’s in a great spot near the bus terminal, just steps from the La Falda station of the Tren de las Sierras, which is a must-see, and from iconic Avenida Edén. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in the beautiful, charming tourist town of La Falda.
