The sauna and heated pool were the only parts of the stay I liked. The rooms weren't very clean, and the whole inn had a bathroom smell. The pillows were old and flat, and the hallways had no lights, so you had to make your way around in the dark. They also charge 30,000 pesos a day for air conditioning. A really bad experience.

The staff were so helpful and attentive, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat. Both pools were lovely and in perfect shape, and there was a great recreation area with things for kids too. We spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. We've found somewhere to come back to every summer. Thanks so much for everything!

The girls looking after the place were so attentive, and the pools were my favorite. Such a beautiful spot with incredible views. We’ll definitely be back.

Room 8 smelled like sewage all night, and air conditioning was another 5,000 if you wanted it. The indoor pool was the one nice thing, with lovely warm water. Everything else was disgusting. The waitresses looked unhygienic and unpresentable, and breakfast was poor and expensive. Be careful going here. It looks luxurious from outside, but the rest was awful. Never again!

The facilities were spotless, and the staff gave excellent service. Very clean and great value for the money. Highly recommend.
