Booking.com told me the reservation had been canceled the day after I tried to arrange the deposit. I'd contacted the property in the app for payment details, but they never sent them. I followed up on WhatsApp and got no reply. This left me without a place to stay in the middle of January, with no explanation at all. I found them rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you need to be sure of having a place, don't book here. They left me stranded.

The view is incredible and makes you want to stay longer. The cabins are comfortable, well equipped with heating, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a fridge with freezer, and the bathroom was impeccable. Thanks, Adriana and Josue, for everything.

The views of Cerro Banderita and Huerta Grande are unbeatable, and the place is peaceful. The rooms have heaters, and there's Wi-Fi and Direct TV. It's fully equipped for a lovely stay in summer or winter, with excellent service. I'll be back!

They were incredibly kind and let us bring our pets. The house was just like the photos and the owner's description, and it's beautiful, cozy, and spacious, with a huge patio.

The house had everything listed and was fully equipped. Adriana and Josue gave excellent service. It's quiet with a great view, set away from the main commercial area, but only minutes from wherever you want to go.
