This place has potential as a student residence, which makes its condition a shame. It’s very neglected, with no clear investment in improvements or equipment. There are only a couple of pots and pans. It’s also very dirty because there’s no cleaning service. A maid does come, but doesn’t clean.

We paid two months’ rent up front based on a lie. This was the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in, and I would never recommend it. It was falsely advertised as a student residence. We’d arranged to arrive at 10 am, but they didn’t open the door until 6 pm. The place was extremely dirty, with cat feces and filthy tables. We’d requested a bunk bed, but they only gave us a filthy mattress, with no sheets or pillow. The internet didn’t reach our room, and parties went on until the early hours. Julián never attended to us and sent his son instead, who was unpunctual and irresponsible.

I’ve been coming to the hostel for years, and along the way I’ve met lots of people and made good friends. My experience has been really good so far. If you need fresh sheets, just ask, and they’re welcoming about it. I also keep in touch and make plans with the friends I’ve made there. One thing to know: the doorbell doesn’t always work, so nobody may answer. Check the hours, email or call, and make sure you have the latest information since businesses change over time.
