The staff are very helpful and friendly, and our room was clean with a lovely sea view. It seems all rooms face the sea, and some have balconies. The hotel sits on the waterfront cliff, with paths down to the beach about 100 meters away in either direction. Shops and places to eat are just behind it. Breakfast came with pastries, juice, and very good coffee. A great place to stay while enjoying Las Grutas, highly recommended.

The rooftop pool is beautiful, with ocean views, and the restaurant has a varied menu and excellent service. The facilities were comfortable and very clean, and the parking felt very secure. Staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. Very good service overall.

I complained about the dirty, stained sheets, which had hair and bodily fluids on them, and they did replace them. But when I brought it up with the receptionist the next day, she said that floor was no longer being used. They should have checked before putting me there. I felt disrespected, and they offered no discount. There was no hot water either. The building is old, from the 80s, and the view faces the neighboring street. In my opinion, the service was poor and the place was filthy.
