From my first phone call with Yamila to book, right through our return, the service was excellent. Everyone was attentive and so kind. The resort is beautiful, and we loved it, even though it was our first time staying anywhere like this. Our suite was spacious, had everything we needed, and was spotless. The grounds are lovely, and the pool was a 10/10. This will definitely be our regular place when we come back to Carlos Paz. If there were 100 stars, I’d give it 1 without hesitation.
