The waitresses were lovely, but the receptionists were unfriendly throughout our four-night stay in a triple room. The upstairs pool water was green, with grime visible wherever you moved in it. Housekeeping was good, though the sheets were never changed. Breakfast was inconsistent: yogurt and juice were sometimes missing, and the coffee was always cold. Fresh croissants only came out after 9 am; earlier in the morning, the food was old. There were three of us, but on arrival we were given only two complimentary soaps and two shampoos to share. For the first two days, I had no water at all. TERRIBLE!!!

Luis was a gem, and the staff were incredibly attentive. My family and I had dinner here, and we were blown away by everything. The food was exquisite, with a flavor that felt truly homemade.
