Hotel Condor

The staff were so welcoming and attentive, and km1 really delivered on everything. We’d gone in a bit unsure after reading the reviews, but the hotel was comfortable and clean for the package price. The location was excellent, and we had no trouble with the beds or bathrooms. The food and breakfast were both good. THE END.

The room itself was nice, but the first one hadn’t been swept and the toilet wouldn’t hold water. They moved us to a cleaner room, though its bathroom had mold on the tiles and floor, which felt unsanitary. The walls were damp, and the floor cloth smelled strongly musty and was stiff as cardboard. The food was another letdown, with portions that weren’t adequate.

The location was excellent, and the bus, coordinator, and guide through km1 were all impeccable. The hotel stay was the opposite. Our first room was old, damp everywhere, with burnt comforters and a leaking toilet tank that flooded the bathroom. The loose toilet seat was also bigger than the toilet itself. They moved us, but the next room had the same problems. Its double bed came with single-bed sheets, so covering one side left the other uncovered. There were cockroaches, the shower soaked the whole bathroom, and the sink was dirty. Dinner was just one breaded cutlet and four potato slices, so we ate out on the second day. I don’t recommend it at all.

The water from the sink was green, the dining table wobbled badly, and breakfast was cold. The bread seemed days old and the basket was filthy, so we were left hungry. In the room, the shower had a huge hole and no knob; they even handed us a rag to clean it ourselves. The air conditioning didn’t work. Terrible service.
