Nice spot in a good city location, and the price was low. But our room was really, really dirty.

We went with Wilmarturismo in February 2026. Miguel Contreras, our coordinator, was excellent and kept a close eye on everything. The hotel is near supermarkets, shops, ice cream parlors, the city center, and the cuckoo clock. Our room had good lighting, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, clean towels, and privacy. The food was delicious, and breakfast had plenty of choices for adults and kids. At dinner, the staff even asked if we wanted seconds, and they were very friendly.

We went with a tour company a week ago, bringing our 18-month-old. The staff were incredibly kind, even through all his antics 🤍. Since he was under 2 and didn't pay, he didn't have a special diet, but they still made sure he had a meal. The food was delicious and clearly homemade.

The key system is the one thing I'd change. They should put card locks on the room doors. Aside from that, everything was spectacular: friendly, helpful staff, excellent service, a generous breakfast spread, and excellent housekeeping. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend it.
