Please read this before planning a trip. We were recommended this place by the VCC tourism board. They took the full payment when we arrived but gave us no receipt, invoice, or other proof. Inside the cabin, there were no sheets, towels, soap, or toilet paper. They eventually gave us some old sheets, and nothing else. We were told to switch off the lights and air conditioning whenever we left. One day, we saw a man go into a cabin after its guests had gone and turn them off. When those guests returned, they asked us if we knew who had done it. So he goes into cabins when guests aren’t there. The air conditioning in ours wasn’t working. After we went out one day, that man came in and said he’d blown it out and replaced the remote’s batteries. Then three boxes of alfajores my dad had bought went missing. Just before we left, he approached us rudely and arrogantly, said sheets weren’t included in the price, and charged us $60,000 for them. We also saw him taking pictures of all the cars there, and he made threats. Many people arrived and left the next day. Don’t even consider staying there. Monitoring the place is one thing, but entering cabins without the guests and stealing is wrong. This won’t go unpunished; someone will have to answer for these actions, and there are already many of them.
