The views are beautiful, and Marcelo and Jaquie were a huge help, but breakfast had problems both mornings. The first day the milk was curdled and the toast stale, so we bought fresh milk ourselves for the next day to avoid a repeat. Also, the hot water heater didn’t have enough for all four of us to shower, and the pool wasn’t usable.

Really nice place, with excellent staff service and a very good breakfast.

The setting is unbeatable, and the cabins have all the amenities. The service was excellent.

The main issue is hot water. I’ve seen people mention it for years, and the heater only seems to cover two or three showers before it runs out. Then you have to wait 30 minutes for it to heat back up, even though they offer rooms for five or six people. Heating was weak too, just a space heater in the bathroom and one in a bedroom. There’s a wood-burning stove, but firewood costs extra. Cleaning service also costs extra; it isn’t included. The place itself is very nice.
