Refugio Del Guira Guira

That huge, lively patio alone could keep you there for hours. Our room was cozy, and the homemade breakfasts were delicious, especially Vivi’s puddings. Refugio del Guira Guira has a peaceful, welcoming feel, with art and thoughtful little details everywhere. Dani and Vivi put so much love and imagination into the place, and they were friendly and attentive, happy to share stories and suggest places to visit. Such a lovely stay. I’d happily return. 10/10

Breakfast was a treat, with Vivi’s homemade goodies and Daniel looking after us. We also loved the pool, tucked into a corner of the spacious grounds, with umbrellas and a comfortable deck where we could sit with mate and chat. The covered barbecue area, with its grill and tables, was perfect for a special evening under the stars and moon. My partner and I spent New Year’s there to take a break, and the quiet, nature-filled setting made it easy to unwind. The owners keep the park beautifully, with plants, colorful flowers, and birdsong all around. It’s a lovely place to walk and take everything in. The house has a distinctive look, with admirable details in every corner. Our room had an ensuite bathroom and everything we needed for a restful stay. The room and shared areas were exceptionally clean. Vivi and Daniel were thoughtful hosts who paid attention to the details and made us feel at home. I enjoyed talking with them too; they’re genuine people with honest feelings and interesting life stories. They were a big part of what made the stay such an unforgettable experience.

We came mainly for Oktoberfest, but still had time to enjoy the pool, grill, and well-kept facilities. Vivi and Daniel were on hand with suggestions for places to go and help with anything we needed. Their warmth and care made us feel special, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. The retreat is peaceful and designed exclusively for adults, so it’s a lovely place to rest and enjoy the calm surroundings. We’d definitely come back.

We love coming back here. It’s a beautiful, quiet place with great service, cleanliness, breakfast, and location. Just right for resting and recharging. So grateful for everything!
