If you're after somewhere quiet in the middle of a pine forest, this could be the place. It's close to the town center, the beach, and Villa Gesell, which is approximately 5 minutes away. The beach house is warm, well maintained, and very well equipped. We found it clean, with little details that make a difference, and the owner was incredibly friendly. Thank you, Euge, for your hospitality. We hope to return!

The owner is lovely, warm, and friendly, and the price is more than reasonable. The place is spacious, with all the comforts, furnishings, and amenities you need to live comfortably. Just a few blocks from the beach and several shops, it's a great spot for enjoying the forest, reconnecting with nature, and recharging. Highly recommended. I'd definitely choose it again.

A quiet spot in the middle of a pine forest, and the prices are super affordable. It's at the entrance to the Pampas sea, warm, well cared for, and looked after by its owner. We spent some pleasant moments here and found it very clean, with some nice attention to detail. There's a center for buying food and other things exactly 7 blocks or 700 m away. A bus a few blocks away can take you wherever you need to go. Villa Gesell is nearby, approximately 10 minutes away, and the very clean beach is about 7 blocks from the place.
