Clean, nice staff, and just two blocks from the seaside.

The green space was a comfortable, pleasant spot, and we used it almost every day when we got back from the beach. The cutlery they provide was useful, too, and saved us more than once. We stayed eight nights. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff did an excellent job cleaning each day. The one letdown was breakfast. It was very limited, and what little there was didn't seem good quality, so it fell well short of our expectations.

The main issues for me were the breakfast and service. Breakfast was extremely basic and very poor, served in a public café, which wasn't convenient. Getting to the park or pool also means going through that café, which is usually crowded with people who aren't staying at the hotel. Service felt listless and careless. They never asked for my ID or my daughter's, even though I offered them. The advertised heated pool, according to the receptionist, hasn't worked for two years, and it's smaller than it appears in the photos. The Wi-Fi didn't work. I asked them to fix it, and it only needed an outlet changed, but that took four days. The TV was small, at the far end from the bed, and only had a few local channels. There were good things about the room: it was spacious and had a table and chairs, a nice balcony, a refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric kettle. The air conditioning was acceptable. It's clear the building was remodeled, with a lot of drywall and some light switches that don't work while others do, but everything worked. Parking was always secure, and blackout curtains are essential for sleeping.

The service makes you want to come back. They make you feel right at home, and the breakfast was perfect, really complete. The pool is beautiful, the place is right in the center, and it's 150 meters from the beach.
