The beach and supermarkets were easy to reach on foot, and even the walks never felt tiring. We spent a week here, and the house was cozy from the moment we arrived. The kitchen had its cookware, there was a TV and air conditioning in both areas, and everything worked without a hitch. The bathrooms were impressive, and the bedroom had a comfortable bed with roomy closets. The grill setup was especially handy, with lights, a side table, and a sink for getting food ready. The couches could also turn into beds, so four people could stay comfortably. The girls were warm, quick to help with anything we asked, and gave us recommendations we loved. It was a great first trip together, and the comments we had read rang true. It also seemed the houses had been improved a lot. EXCELLENT!

We keep choosing Nononino, and this was already our third stay. The quiet neighborhood makes it easy to sleep well, and the cabins are set apart enough to feel private. We can walk to Mar de las Pampas in seven blocks or the center of Las Gaviotas in five, and take our dogs through the woods along the way. The cabins are cheerful and very comfortable. On cloudy or rainy days, the jacuzzi is a real bonus. Sofi is so kind. Thank you!

We found everything as agreed, and the staff were friendly and quick to help with our questions. The place is lovely and close to the beach and shopping centers, with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. We stayed as a family with our two-year-old and two little dogs, and had a great time. Thanks so much, we'd come back.

The beach and shopping center were both easy to get to, and we made the trip simpler by using a cart for our chairs and other gear. The property already had two lightweight aluminum chairs. We also enjoyed the grill, buying good firewood at the corner of San Clemente del Tuyú and 36th Street. There was enough space between units that our son's loud tantrums didn't bother anyone nearby. Before booking, we asked about maintenance after seeing some reviews, and Sofi answered all our questions. We were greeted with tasty local alfajores and help whenever we needed it. The apartments match the photos: one bedroom, a private bathroom with jacuzzi, and another full bathroom in the shared area. Both rooms are spacious. The bed is large and comfortable; sheets and towels are supplied, with a Sunday change and cleaning. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living/dining area, blackout curtains, lots of light, and cross-ventilation. For winter there's a wood stove. Each room has an LED TV, not huge but fine, and our Chromecast worked well with the Wi-Fi. There's also a safe and alarm, though we didn't use them because the area seemed quiet and safe. The kitchen had a gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and cooking utensils. We bought bottled water for our son, while the adults drank the tap water without trouble. The place met our expectations, the value was excellent, and the staff service was outstanding. We only wished we could have stayed longer.
