Nova Pampa apart&spa

Yamil, the recreation instructor, was a highlight. The kids had a blast with the games, including sandboarding on the beach. We were two families, four adults, two kids, and a baby, staying in the duplex for six. It was lovely, the service was excellent, and the heated pool was a real treat. There was a full set of dishes and all the appliances worked. We were so happy with the stay and will be back.

The place is big and super clean, with great rooms, bikes, games, big pools, a gym, and things to keep the kids entertained. The heated pool is lovely and warm. I really like how relaxed they are about the rules, too: no fixed pool hours, and you can borrow bikes as long as you let them know. Breakfast could have more variety from day to day, though everything served was delicious. I'd definitely return. 10 out of 10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The setting is beautiful, the location is spectacular, and the pools themselves are nice. Bike rental was a big help for getting around, and breakfast was decent, nothing special but it did the job. Beyond those positives, though, we left with very mixed feelings after visiting Nova Pampa in Mar de las Pampas with six family members. The maintenance problems affected almost everything. Wi-Fi barely worked, and the TVs were poor, so we couldn't watch decent cable or stream anything. The water kept cutting out, shower pressure was very low, and the bathrooms flooded when we showered. There were ants throughout the apartment, the jacuzzi was completely dry, and the doors wouldn't latch unless slammed. The solarium was dirty and run-down. They had put out freshly painted lounge chairs, but the paint got on our clothes when we sat down, and no one had warned us or checked them. The beach umbrellas were old, rusty, and dilapidated. Overall the property seemed badly neglected. The cleaning staff were lovely, but looked overwhelmed by the amount of work. We also left a pair of glasses behind without realizing they belonged to a family member. When we went to claim them, they weren't returned and no solution was offered. The place has huge potential because the surroundings are lovely, but in its current condition it doesn't feel worth the price. Better maintenance, service, and attention to detail would make a big difference.

The kids had activities and games both at the complex and on the beach throughout our stay, which was a real treat. The beach service was excellent, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Staff were incredibly attentive, and breakfast was good. We came as a family this week and were even allowed to check in before the stated time. The apartments are spacious, equipped well, and close to the beach. There may be a few small details to improve, but it's easy to recommend. The pool is genuinely heated, Wi-Fi was great, the shower was excellent, and the jacuzzi worked perfectly. We asked for it to be filled and it was ready in 15 minutes. We'll definitely return.
