The front desk guy, Rodrigo, was very polite and helpful. The place really needs an urgent update, though. The wooden furniture was old and dirty, and the TVs looked like they were from 1995. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows and linen were terrible. Breakfast was really bad, with pastries that weren't fresh, no eggs, and sugary cereal for kids.

It's a beautiful complex with comfortable cabins that fit six people, just one block from the beach. As I understand it, it currently belongs to the Mercedes branch of the Light and Power Union and is rented only to union members.

Manuela was fantastic, always ready to help with anything we needed. We arrived during the worst snowfall in recent years, and the heating and comfort were unbeatable. San Martín had no electricity, but the complex had a generator, so we didn't notice the outage. Excellent, very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!!!

We went in January 2022 and felt comfortable as a family. The cabin was spacious, very clean, and peaceful, and the beach was just a block away. The pool, game room, and cabins were all great, and the service was perfect. Breakfast from 9 to 11 was very good, and when we asked for fans they gave us two. The Wi-Fi was average, but I was on vacation! The beds had new mattresses. The people at the resort were thankfully very relaxed in the second half of January. We paid 68 lucas for a week for four people, while places nearby were always charging less than 100 a week. The TV is old, sure, but it cost half what they were asking right out front, and it was clean and comfortable, so I can't complain. There could always be improvements, but for the price, quality, and service, my family and I were happy. The beach service was fine too. I'd add more grills, because people want to use them every day and it gets complicated.
