Nice people and a good outdoor pool. Breakfast was simple, and there was no gym.

We went as a couple and had an excellent week. The apartments had everything we needed, and the linens were good quality. The facilities were well maintained, and Mario and the cleaning and breakfast staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The beach is about a 10-minute walk through the forest, which makes you want to keep going. The place is beautiful, and the nighttime lighting makes it even more incredible, a perfect 10! Highly recommended. It's also great for families with young children.

The place is beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast is incredibly complete. The staff treated us wonderfully and really saved our weekend. When the voucher surprise I had arranged for my partner's birthday wasn't there on arrival, they did everything they could to make things right. They brought us a surprise afternoon tea, a charcuterie board, and a bottle of champagne. Thank you for your hospitality! I'd booked a romantic weekend getaway voucher with Brenda, who took my payment and created it. It was meant to include two glasses of champagne, afternoon tea, two massages, and room decoration, but none of this had been mentioned when we arrived, even though I'd arranged it all in advance. The staff hadn't been told what I'd booked with Brenda, so it seems there was a communication problem. My only downside was that Brenda never replied when I complained on arrival that nothing in the contract had been explained. I would at least have expected an apology from her, since I made the reservation with her. The staff at the place were fantastic in every way.

The facilities were clean and well organized, and the staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I had an amazing time at Hotel Haras Del Bosque. It was a relaxing stay, and I'd definitely return. Greetings from Chile!
