Costa Palmera a 295 m de playa

We had a wonderful stay at Costa Palmera and would definitely return. It was very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, very close to the sea. Our host was friendly, attentive, and gave impeccable service. Highly recommended!

This was a complete disaster. We booked through Booking.com, but the photos there were nothing like what we found. The tiny room was presented as a cabin with all the amenities, including a Jacuzzi, grill, and hot tub, but none of those things were there. The place smelled musty and stale as soon as we walked in, almost like death. Parking was advertised, but there was none. When I told Mariano the place didn't match the listing, he said he'd "made a mistake." The price was outrageous for the service we got. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the place was incredibly cozy and fully equipped. It's well located, just around the corner from the main street and close to all the shops, and it felt ideal for families. Mariano was attentive and always ready to help, with impeccable service. The cleaning was fantastic, and Milagros, the cleaning lady, was a sweetheart. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We ended up going to another resort because this place was unbearable. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong, stale, musty smell that was truly unpleasant. The listing said parking was available, but there was none. We booked through Booking.com based on photos that were completely inaccurate. What was described as a cabin with amenities like a jacuzzi, grill, and hydromassage, among other services, turned out to be a very small room without any of those advertised features. The price was far too high for the actual accommodation and service. A disastrous experience from every point of view.
