Apart Paradiso

Breakfast and the service were really good, but the room needs maintenance. The fridge barely cooled, the air conditioning was faulty, the mattresses were awful, and the bed was broken. The city center is eight blocks away. Beach service was supposedly included for all four of us, but we only got two chairs, and had to pay extra for the others. A lot of the chairs were in poor condition too.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and breakfast was fair for the price. The maintenance was lacking, though. The air conditioning didn't work and was too noisy to use even just for ventilation. The refrigerator barely cooled, and since there was no freezer, it gave off a lot of heat.

My room was like a duplex, and having the whole space to myself made me really comfortable. The service and location were both great. It was my first visit, and the place was beautiful, like a sea of the pampas. Everything was excellent, five stars.

Hotel Paradiso, thank you for such warm hospitality, it made our vacation really wonderful. The apartment was well equipped, cleaning was excellent, and all the facilities were in great condition. We enjoyed the heated pool and barbecue grills, plus a generous, varied breakfast every day. Staff even provided lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach just steps away. Congratulations on the excellent hotel. We hope to come back soon!
