The garden, grill, and pool outside the apartment were the best parts of the complex. Sadly, the apartment itself badly needs maintenance. The refrigerator wasn't cooling, the pedestal fan controls were broken, the bathroom window was cracked, and rainwater came through the kitchen ceiling. After we complained, they couldn't provide a replacement fan or get a technician to check the refrigerator right away. They seemed to put off taking responsibility until the last possible moment. What a shame.

The apartment was lovely, with tasteful touches that made it comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Just a heads-up, there's no bidet, only a manual garden sprinkler system. It felt strange to me at first, but we got used to it. The beach was gorgeous, just four blocks away. Unfortunately, the septic tank overflowed two days before we were supposed to leave.

Apartment 5 was comfortable and really nice, and our pets were welcomed warmly. The location worked well, close to shops and the beach. We especially loved the pool, the water was lovely and warm.

Daisy and Rodolfo provided excellent service. The complex was very nice, and our apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Its location was convenient for both shops and the beach.

The location was a strong point, one block from downtown and four from the beach. The complex itself was lovely, with an incredible grill and a stunning pool, and everything else was excellent. Still, maintenance could be better: there were ants all over the kitchen, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly.
