Farnese Apart & Spa

Super clean and nice, close to the beach and the Mar de las Pampas downtown/village center. Pets are welcome... but what about their owners...

The pool was open, so we were able to use it every day, and when we reported a problem with the air conditioning, they fixed it that same afternoon. The apartments had everything we needed and were exceptionally clean. We stayed for a week, with excellent service throughout. The staff were attentive, and the complex felt safe, peaceful, and family-friendly. It’s an easy walk to both the beach and the town center. A wonderful experience. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it.

The place is spacious, comfortable, and nice, and Mr. Omar was the best part of the stay. But I’d only return if they fix the hot water. There were six of us and two bathrooms, yet several times everyone had to use the downstairs one because the upstairs taps only produced a trickle of hot water. The downstairs water pressure was sometimes poor too, so we had to watch out for sudden extremes, either burning or freezing. We were there at the end of the year, but one afternoon when we came back from the beach, the towels and bath towels still hadn’t arrived from the laundry, so we had to wait. They were old and stained. Breakfast was okay, though it could be served earlier and offer more variety. I also left a beach chair behind exactly where I remembered putting it. When I asked about it, they said they knew nothing about it.

We keep coming back for the generous breakfast and excellent reception from Omar, Ian, and Cristina. The apartments are spacious, nicely decorated, and well equipped. It’s a great location, close to the beach and just a few blocks from the centers of Mar Azul and Mar de las Pampas.
