The location is great and the breakfast was very good, but the property has a lot of potential that isn't being met. The internet is the biggest issue. Wi-Fi was impossible to connect to, so having Netflix or trying to get online was pointless. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The first apartment had many problems and was poorly maintained: the shower was held together with a zip tie, the refrigerator shelves were broken and its door was cracked, the stove knobs were loose, and half the blackout curtain was missing. They moved us to a better apartment after our complaints, but that one still had problems. It lacked blackout curtains, and the kitchen wasn't good quality for the price we paid.

The location is good, but the price doesn't match what you get. The breakfast is barely adequate, and the place shows obvious wear in some areas. The tableware was terrible, the faucets were broken, and the lighting was gloomy. The staff try to help and mean well, but the lack of maintenance is a major drawback.

We stayed over Carnival weekend. The views are wonderful, and the spaces are spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds. There's also a hot-water shower for when you return from the beach. But there were several problems. The internet connection was poor. Beach service doesn't work on rainy or cloudy days, and if it's windy during beach time, they close your umbrella. Covered or semi-covered parking was supposed to be included, but they wanted to charge us when we arrived. Check the parking arrangements before arrival. The owner wasn't there, coincidentally, and the staff didn't know what to tell me. Also check whether your vehicle will fit the parking spaces. Both bathroom showers were in very bad condition. One couldn't be used because it flooded completely and water ran down the stairs. There's a clothesline, but it's rusty, and we left with rust stains on our clothes. The heated pool needs general maintenance. They should provide blankets because it gets quite cool even in summer, and a floor squeegee would be useful along with the broom and dustpan. The first day's breakfast was complete, but the next days it declined in both quality and quantity. The fruit was sour and bitter, so we couldn't enjoy it. Breakfast is served in each apartment, and after you're done they ask for your tray. One time, they asked to enter to get it, then took leftover juice and yogurt from the refrigerator without permission.

The ocean view is gorgeous, and the place itself is beautiful. Service was excellent, and breakfast was spectacular and delicious!
