Ossa Mayor Apart

The apartment was spotless, roomy, and had everything we needed, and we loved that pets are allowed. We spent Easter there with family and found it wonderfully calm. Zoe and Guido at reception, along with Emiliano and his parents, were attentive throughout. We arrived a bit early and they were available to help. We'd gladly come back.

The two pools were a highlight: one outdoors on the first floor, glass-enclosed and 80 cm deep with cool but not freezing water, and the other indoors with slightly warm water and a heated setting. The whole complex was peaceful, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We visited as a family in January 2026 and had a bright, airy, modern 60-square-meter apartment on the first floor. It was comfortable, with great mattresses and pillows, a nice bathroom with a jacuzzi and separate shower, and a balcony that worked well for breakfast. There were only a few kitchen utensils and no bedside table. Still, it's a very pleasant place, and I recommend it.

We arrived on Wednesday of Holy Week and couldn't find anyone at reception. We rang several times and called without an answer, until the parking attendant noticed us and got someone to check us in. The place itself is attractive and close to the sea, but once other guests arrived Thursday, the people in the room above our room 3 repeatedly dragged chairs, tables, and other furniture around. Reception didn't answer my message, and when I went down the next morning to explain, the noise started again that evening around 6 PM. No one was at reception, so I called Emiliano, whom I learned was the owner. To my surprise, he was with the group upstairs. He denied there was noise and suggested I could leave. It kept going, and when I went back, Emiliano came to the door to complain and again said we could leave if we didn't like it. His attitude was arrogant, disrespectful, and showed very little regard for us. If he is the owner, I can't understand that response. The place's beauty, comfort, and location became irrelevant because of his behavior. He clearly wasn't interested in hearing us. Shameless, irresponsible, disrespectful, and more besides.

The breakfast was plentiful, good quality, and ready when we arrived. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the price for what you get is excellent. There's a shopping area about 150 meters away with everything you might need. The location is great too, just steps from the sea and a lovely beach, with a lounge chair and umbrella included. Each apartment has its own parking spot, and the place has plenty to keep a family occupied even on a rainy day: an unusual double pool, ping pong indoors, and outdoor play areas for little ones. The apartments are luxurious and have their own grills, and the view of the park when you open the window in the morning is special. We'd absolutely return. Excellent place for a family holiday!
