We loved the apartment and will come back. After a week there, we were comfortable and never lacked for anything. The kitchen had everything you could need to eat or cook, including a blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Having two bathrooms was a huge convenience, and the little terrace overlooking the beautiful forest had a hammock for relaxing. Daniel was our first contact, Loli greeted us, and Mirna brought breakfast every day and left everything spotless so we could keep relaxing. They'd thought of all the details: when we were cold on the sofa, there were blankets in the little closet, and there were more by the bed. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, two blocks from the center and four from the beach, and you can walk everywhere. It's quiet, has lovely views, and makes for a very enjoyable place to relax. The staff were always friendly, with a great attitude and helpfulness. Breakfast tasted good, though I found it a bit basic and repetitive. A little more variety would have been nice, especially since we'd seen photos from other guests showing different things. It didn't ruin the stay. There are a few minor maintenance details that could be improved, small things that still make a difference. Ordering breakfast was the inconvenient part. It could take almost an hour from ordering to delivery, sometimes overlapping with checkout or cleaning time. Even with a few tweaks, KAIA is a very nice place, with good service and an ideal location.

We had everything we needed for a lovely vacation, including a deck with a grill. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the place was kept impeccably clean. The location was excellent.

Kaia is worth a visit for its delicious breakfasts and the care everyone puts into making sure things are going well. The apartment is lovely and has absolutely everything you need, and the welcome felt warm throughout.
