Florencia is still an excellent massage therapist, which is why we'll keep coming, but the spa experience has changed for us. My family and I first stayed here in 2022, and since then we've returned to the spa several times a year because of the full experience. When booking massages, we could usually use the rest of the facilities too. This visit, since we weren't staying at the hotel, massages were the only option. There was no alternative, paid circuit, or special consideration for regular customers. We came as a family, and while one of us had a massage, the rest waited more than two hours in a chair. We weren't allowed to use the lounge area to relax, even though the heated pool was completely empty. That decision really takes away from the experience and shows little attention to customer loyalty. It's a shame.

We spent two nights and three days here with the kids. The heated pool and spa facilities were excellent, and what made the stay even better was how kind and friendly everyone on staff was. Congratulations to the whole team. We'll definitely be back.

Cristian and his team were especially attentive and so friendly that they made us feel at home. My wife and I stayed from January 30th to February 3rd, and we were very satisfied.

The breakfast service was excellent, and the location worked perfectly for both the beach and town center. The spa circuit was very good too. Special mention to Florencia, the excellent massage therapist! We'll be back.
