The apartment in Villa Luján was really nice, comfortable, and well located. There was a building issue that was beyond anyone’s control, but it was fixed quickly. They checked in on us and came by to make sure everything was okay. Everything we’d agreed on over WhatsApp was exactly as described. I’m giving a low rating because I still haven’t received the invoice. I asked for it when I arrived and was told they’d send it. Since checking out on January 12th, I’ve messaged several times on WhatsApp, and each time they say it’s coming. I’m still waiting, with no update about when it will arrive.

Everything was smooth and efficient after I found them on Google and got in touch through WhatsApp. They met us at Residencias Roque Suarez and stayed in touch by cell phone. The price was fair for the service, and our unit was well equipped and maintained. They also provided beach and pool towels, as well as bath towels.

The units are in excellent condition, with quality dishes and kitchenware, and linens and towels are provided. There are apartments to rent in different parts of Mar del Plata, with various room options. Some have parking, and units are fully equipped with air conditioning and radiant floor heating from an individual boiler. The management service is excellent.

We stayed in the studio on Mitre Street in Mar del Plata. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking, watching TV, and sleeping, plus a garage. The modern building felt secure and was very centrally located. Service was warm and respectful. We couldn’t get the heating to work the first night, but after we let them know, someone came first thing the next morning and fixed it. Highly recommended.
