Bristol Condominio Apart Hotel

After more than 10 trips to Mar del Plata and over 20 trips around the world, I've never stayed in a hotel this horrible. The maids didn't replace my towels, which had another guest's blood stains, even though I left them on the floor to show they were dirty. They also didn't change my bed blankets. Kitchen cleaning cost extra, which I hadn't agreed to. They cleaned it and charged me anyway, saying it was dirty even though it was clean. The hotel is very old and run down. A bed was missing a foot, there was a hole in the bedroom window, and the air conditioner didn't work. One day I gently opened the kitchen window by its handle, and the handle broke in half. It's in central mdq, but the entrance faces a side where the wind blows through. The lobby is very dark, and the furniture is so uncomfortable that people over 50 may struggle to stand up after sitting. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped with utensils. The food was disappointing, and the packets of grated cheese were old and smelled bad. The online advertising says the hotel has a gym, pool, and other things, but it has nothing. ALL A LIE. There were no toiletries in my bathroom, and reception had to lend me their own. At night I couldn't sleep because guests in neighboring rooms were so noisy. The manager failed to resolve it. Are the walls of this fleabug hotel really that thin? I don't recommend this hotel AT ALL. The manager is aggressive, crazy, and a scammer. She makes up stories in her mind. Even the employees and bellboys at the front desk, who I'd become friends with, can't tolerate her. She insulted me and grabbed my arm because she was too proud to admit the truth and wanted to turn me in, but she couldn't prove anything or make her case. She threatened to kick my whole family out during the Christmas season for false reasons and offered no alternative accommodation. I invite anyone browsing to see for themselves that many former guests of this cheap, sleazy hotel agree with me about its features and events.

The first room was hot, and its ceiling fan was so unbalanced and noisy it looked ready to fall off. They moved us to an equivalent room without any trouble.

The rooms are comfortable and have a full kitchen, and both the service and breakfast are very good. I can't say whether it's affordable. The WiFi was disappointing, with low bandwidth and a poor connection.
