Brunetti Hotel

Okay.

We came away with a wonderful memory of Mar del Plata, both for the sights and for the lovely people we connected with. The hotel's location is excellent, and for the price, I think Hotel Brunetti has a lot to offer. The patio and lounges were clean, and I didn't see any dirt. The water pressure in the shower was good, too. The rooms are small, and there was no TV remote, air conditioning, or hairdryer. Those weren't things I needed, and we don't watch TV anyway. The staff made the stay special. They were welcoming and gave us tips on beaches, bars, and places to visit, along with whatever other information we needed. Mrs. Ana María should be very happy with them. I don't know the cook's name, but she was a gem, attentive to everything. Breakfast was delicious, from the desserts and pastries to the fresh fruit. Damián was fantastic, helpful, and kind. By our second visit he already knew which room everyone was in. Thanks for the chats and the whole tour 😊. I'm already planning to come back. I highly recommend the beautiful Hotel Brunetti, a 10 out of 10 for me. A few suggestions: improve the internet, since it may not work well in every room; add remote controls to the rooms to avoid future negative reviews; and repair the hairdryer if it isn't working, or remove it. Keep up the great work! I'm leaving some photos to remember the experience.

Breakfast was okay, with lots of bread. We booked through a package from GN Viajes, and when we checked out we had to leave the room key. They asked if we wanted the room cleaned; we said yes, but when we came back, they had only changed the bathroom bin bag and towels. The floor and mirrors were still dirty. The room had a queen-size bed and a bunk bed beside it, all covered with a hideous pink blanket over white sheets. The floor was sticky, there was a lot of dirt under the beds, and both the mirror and faucets were dirty, though the bathroom itself was clean. There was no fan or air conditioning, so in summer you'd roast. There was no TV remote either, meaning you have to use the buttons on the TV. The hairdryer didn't work. They invited us for drinks at the hotel bar, but everything there was dirty: the bar, glasses, and carpets. The place clearly lacked maintenance. For a three-star rating, I'd give it one.

The staff were very attentive, and we'll be back! The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed. Air conditioning is available by request, though I didn't need it during my stay. Breakfast and service were top-notch, and outside there are tables and chairs where you can enjoy mate or a meal.
