The area is so peaceful at night, and it's an easy walk to MUTE, which is a huge plus. There's also a shopping area nearby, along with several bars and restaurants, and the neighborhood keeps getting better each year. The location is excellent for the price. I've been coming to these cabins for years, and Mariano is fantastic. The cabins have fans in every room but no air conditioning. In Mar del Plata, it cools off at night anyway. Everything has been excellent, and I'll definitely come back. Thank you.

I stayed in one of the cabins for four, and the space was used really well. It was well equipped, with fans and an alarm system, plus a grill. There's no garage, but parking in front worked for us. Two public beaches are a few blocks away, and you can get around on foot to nearby shops and services. The bus stop for the city center is right across the street. Pets are allowed if you ask beforehand. When I was trying to find somewhere to stay, the owners were kind and managed to book me in just a few days. I had a great experience.

Everything we needed was close by, including a rotisserie and some great bars, and the beach is only 3.5 blocks away. The owner was attentive the whole time, and it was good value for money. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. Best of all, dogs are welcome! 🥰

The owners were very welcoming, and the garden with its grill is excellent. We stayed in the smallest cabin, number 2, which worked pretty well for two adults and two children. It's six blocks from the beach. The cabin could use some maintenance, and there's no air conditioning.

A block away you'll find a rotisserie, supermarket, bakery, health food store, and brewery. Fonda 13 is a pretty cool restaurant two blocks away, and Mute beach bar is five blocks away. The cabin itself is very nice, fairly well equipped, and feels safe with its alarm. A magical place!
