The location right in the downtown area is handy, and the rooms are clean and tidy with the basics, including small bathtubs and good hot water. For the price, it works well if you’re out most of the day and mainly need somewhere to sleep and shower. A few things are frustrating: there’s only one elevator, so you have to wait, and the small breakfast area gets packed during the morning rush. There often aren’t enough utensils for self-service, and room orders are regularly forgotten. Still, it’s good value.

For one night, breakfast was included: medialunas, toast, coffee, orange juice, fruit, and yogurt. It was delicious. Thank you.

The rooms are a little small and look a bit dated, but they have what you need. Breakfast was very good, and the reception and breakfast staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help. The location is excellent, making this a very good option in Mar del Plata. The elevator feels too small for the number of rooms and the height of the building, and the breakfast room can get crowded around 9 am.

They even lend you beach chairs and towels, which is a nice touch. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a TV, and a comfortable bathroom. Customer service was very good, and breakfast had an excellent, plentiful selection. A five-star rating hardly seems enough. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.
