I called around 6:00 pm to ask whether I could book the night and check out at 1:00 pm the next day. They said they’d charge another half-night’s room rate for the late checkout, even though they had availability and the room still wasn’t booked at 6:00 pm. I tried explaining why that seemed like terrible business, but the guy was rude and just called it hotel “policy,” as if this were a Marriott rather than a small hotel that could set its own terms. After that experience, they’ve lost the booking and earned a one-star review. I guess they’re still very confident in their business skills.

The neighborhood is nice, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast runs until noon, but you have to leave the hotel and walk to another place for it, which is inconvenient, especially in the rain. The rooms are damp. I stayed in two rooms, and the sheets were extremely old and practically see-through in both. I attached photos.

You have to go to a bar a block away for breakfast, and there are no suites to be found. The rooms have damaged walls, the bathroom is disgusting, and there’s a cot instead of a bed. I was disappointed. This shouldn’t be called a hotel; even a guesthouse in Constitución is much nicer.

Room 402 faced the street and was noisy. There was no internet, the room was damp, and the bathroom was awful. The shower barely had any water, and it was cold, so taking a shower was impossible. The photos say it all. These are rooms for rent, not a hotel.
