Juan Carlos made us feel completely comfortable. I was very moved by the humanity we experienced there.

The only good thing is the location. We came with my family in February, and there was no cleaning, no hotel service, and no towels. The owner is rude and speaks to you rudely. Everything is great when you book, then he does whatever he wants and doesn't keep his word. The sheets and comforters were stained and dirty. Horrible, never again.

The room had a balcony, but even a little rain caused it to flood. When we arrived with my family, the toilet was clogged, the floor was filthy, and the blankets were covered in dirt. The cleaning staff didn't clean anything, so I had to do it myself. We had breakfast included and were supposed to leave at 10:00, but the man told us to go at 9:10. He didn't keep his word. He was very rude, and the service was terrible. A complete disaster, zero stars. I'm never going back. I'd rather pay a bit more than deal with those people.

Really good for solo travelers: comfortable and central, right on the pedestrian street, two blocks from the beach and all the buses. The shared kitchen is fully equipped, with cookware, microwaves, stoves, and refrigerators, so there's no need to bring utensils. Every bed has its own Locker. The service is very warm! If you book, remember to confirm, since I saw someone complain that their reservation wasn't listed.
