Hotel Alpino

The shower tap didn't work, and we were handed pliers as the fix. They also entered our room to hang curtains while we were out, without asking. There was confusion over our dates and group size, and we were charged for three people each day even though there were only two of us, apart from the final day. No help or even basic customer service followed. We raised it with Miriam, but she wouldn't acknowledge what happened and left us feeling uncomfortable. Management and service seemed poorly handled, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. We were constantly hovered over without anyone offering useful help, with comments like, "Turn off the light," "This place is for you," and "There are other places that offer something better for the same price."

The owner gave excellent service, and the rooms were in perfect shape with private bathrooms. There's a big kitchen where you can cook what you like, plus a lounge with a TV, games, and books. It feels more like a hotel than a hostel. The beach is a block away, the prices are incredible, and I'd highly recommend it.

The owner runs the hostel, and you can see it in the little details. We had a wonderful time there, and the whole stay was extremely pleasant. The sea is just steps away, while the shopping center, cinema, and bars are a few blocks from the hostel. I went with friends and we'd definitely come back. Thank you, Mar del Plata!

The rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent, and the atmosphere is really friendly. I'd recommend it!
