Seeeex!

God.

The place was awful, and the positive reviews are all fake, so don't be taken in by them. They charged us a different price when we arrived. Everything was old and in poor repair, with no upkeep, cleanliness, or order. A complete disaster. For what we paid, I could have chosen somewhere much better.

Breakfast was okay, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Everything else was terrible. The hallways had a horrible musty smell and old carpet. They even charge extra for hot water for mate from a dispenser. Our first room was so badly arranged that the door only opened halfway before hitting a mattress. The mattress and pillow were dreadful, and though the sheets and comforters looked washed, they were stained and dingy. There was no air conditioning, so we slept with the window open because of the heat and humidity, and could hear other people snoring right by our ears. The shower was over the toilet. They moved us to a bigger room, but its mattresses and pillows were worse. Sitting on the toilet meant hitting either the shower screen or sink, and flushing was a hassle because the toilet was under the sink. There was no bidet. The place is completely run down, especially the maintenance, and I wouldn't recommend it. It's the worst place I've stayed.
