Second time here, and I'm ALWAYS ready to come back! Mariana and Luis are top-notch hosts, the rooms and shared spaces have thoughtful details everywhere, and the homemade breakfast suited all our needs. They made our weekend warm, relaxing, and pleasant. Thanks, you geniuses! We'll be back soon. Highly recommend for friends, families, or couples.

Luis and his wife were so kind and attentive to everything, and shared really useful information. We'll be back. We stayed five nights, and found the place nice and simple, a typical Mar del Plata chalet turned into a boutique hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom standard, and our room looked onto the street. Breakfast was very complete. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is easy, and everything is walkable.

A delicious, varied breakfast with music playing softly in the background, and impeccable service from Luis and Mariana. The traditional Mar del Plata house has a stone facade, with a living and dining room and a garden with a swimming pool for guests. It all feels made for resting. It's a rare find in a quiet, non-touristy neighborhood where parking on the street is easy. It's ideal for walking, with Alem, Güemes, and the beach all within easy reach.

The full breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh orange juice, homemade bread, and pudding Mariana made. Luis and Mariana are wonderful hosts, and even their dog Enzo is friendly. Everything was tidy, clean, and well served, and the location was perfect. Ten out of 10!
