It’s a peaceful, lovely place with comfortable, clean rooms and a beautiful pool. Sonia was super attentive, and her service was 10/10. Great for relaxing, though breakfast could have a bit more variety.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Alterra, relaxing with the scent of pine trees around us. The container room was a fun experience, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower was great, and having convenient parking was a big plus. We loved the architecture and decor, too. The owners and staff were always attentive and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

The container interior is well equipped, though a few things need fixing. The breakfast service was quite poor and not plentiful. They only gave us milk once for preparing breakfast, and we had to wait for croissants and bread rolls. One wait lasted 40 minutes.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was good. But our room was very small and impractical, and breakfast was sparse: just coffee with milk, two croissants, and two slices of toast. It felt expensive for what they offer, and I wouldn’t return.

The air conditioners didn’t work properly, and some walls had damp stains. Water also got cut off several times while we were showering. Breakfast was sparse, and some staff were disappointing in their service and responses. I wouldn’t stay there again.
