The rooms facing the sea have amazing ocean views, and the windows are always spotless. The hotel is modern and super clean, the cleaners do a great job, and the pool and gym are awesome. The location is good, though construction right next door is loud. They’ve only just started laying the foundations for a new building, so it may continue for a while, and I’d be nervous about coming back in the next 12 months. We had a good stay overall, but the check-in staff felt inflexible. They were very strict about allowing even a one or two hour late checkout, and there was confusion over my booking rate. They wanted to charge a different amount because their exchange rate was different, something I didn’t run into at other hotels in Argentina. Breakfast was decent, though sadly they ran out of bananas one day. The internet in our room, 704, was also very weak, which was frustrating because I needed to work. I wish they were a bit more flexible with customers. I’d give it about a 4.5.

Iara was a delight, so helpful, and spoke great English. Everyone was kind and patient while my family and I muddled through in our Spanglish on our first visit to Argentina and Mar del Plata. It’s a fantastic hotel in a great location, and we’d definitely stay again.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were both professional and nice. The pool and the wet and dry saunas were such a treat. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back.

I’ve stayed here twice, and I’ll come back the next time I’m in Mar del Plata. The staff are always polite and helpful, the breakfasts are perfect, and the rooms are beautiful and very clean. This is my favorite hotel now ❤️

We’ve stayed in more than 10 hotels while traveling around Latin America, and this was easily the worst. There was a very long wait at reception, and the swimming pool was really dirty. Don’t even get a little water on the elevator floor, or the manager may threaten to make you, your wife, and your small child leave the hotel. There were no positives for us. In short, go elsewhere.
