Hotel Sainte Jeanne

The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly, and the rooms were well equipped. Great location too. The SPA was amazing, and the massage services were high quality. ¡Muchas gracias!

The staff made a real difference at Hotel Sainte Jeanne. They took care of every need with a smile and great professionalism, whether helping with reservations, suggesting places to eat, or simply greeting me warmly. The meals were another highlight, with local flavors and international dishes made from fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. Breakfast had a huge range of choices. My room felt both comfortable and sophisticated, with plush bedding, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches. The hotel's architecture also stood out, mixing classic charm with modern luxury in a warm, elegant setting. Hotel Sainte Jeanne is in a picturesque, quiet area that's still convenient for getting around and seeing local sights. Every detail seemed carefully handled. It was an extraordinary stay, and I'd happily return. To me, it brings together comfort, luxury, and personal service in a way that makes it an ideal choice for an unforgettable trip.

We tried the cafe on the recommendation of locals. The food tasted great, and the presentation and atmosphere were good too. Dinner isn't served until 8 pm, which is common in Argentina. I also noticed very few overweight people around. Maybe brisk walking is their secret. Nearly everyone seemed to walk as if time was running out.

I've stayed at hotels all over the world, and this place was a joke. I checked in at 12am and asked about checking out late. They said it was no problem, but at 11am the next morning a very rude woman at the front desk called and told me to leave, saying there was no late checkout. She said there'd be an extra fee if I wanted one. I said I'd pay, but she told me I couldn't have it anyway, so I left right away. An hour later she messaged me on “WhatsApp” with, “hey guys did you leave yet”. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I'd never go back. I'd give zero stars if I could. Do yourself a big favor and go to the Sheraton Hotel.
