We've been coming to Mar del Plata once a month for three years, and keep staying at Nuevo Hotel San Marino. The apartments are bright, spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. Their spot is convenient for the beach, Avenida Colón, Güemes, and the Olavarría restaurant district. The cleaning is excellent, and Marcelo and his assistant Sandra are always ready to help with what guests need. If I could give the place 1000 stars, I would. I highly recommend it for the wonderful attention!

The apartments are roomy and bright, and we've now stayed at the aparthotel twice. Marcelo was attentive and friendly the whole time, and the owners gave excellent service. It's a lovely, convenient area near the beach, shops, and Guemes Street. We hope to come back sometime. Thanks for everything.

We've booked the five-person apartment three times. Marcelo, the owner, is attentive and really friendly. When the fridge stopped cooling, he brought us another one right away. Highly recommend.

We visited last year and came back this year, and we'll be back again next year. The location is excellent, and the service is very good, with staff always attentive. Rooms have mini-fridges and electric kettles, among other things. The beds, bathrooms, and cleanliness were all excellent, and there's parking inside. Very comfortable.
