Comfortable.

Basic.

It’s a good hotel, with a great central location. After 7 pm, there’s a pedestrian area downstairs. The beds are comfortable, and the place is always clean. The reception and cleaning staff are very friendly. My only real room complaint is the tiny bathroom, but it’s okay. Breakfast is tasty, though the selection isn’t huge. It gets packed after 9 am, and you may have to wait for someone to finish before finding a table. I go early, so I haven’t had that problem. The internet is another downside. You can use YouTube, Netflix, and similar services, but the TV sometimes freezes because the Wi-Fi drops every 10 minutes.

The excellent location meant we could stay for several hours while waiting for our bus. Staff were excellent too, breakfast was very good, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The rooms need maintenance: the shower faucets were coming loose, the furniture was hard to open and close, and the window was too. The Wi-Fi never worked, and what was called a double bed was really two single beds pushed together. Even with those issues, the stay was quite good.
