Solanas Playa Mar Del Plata

super

The apartment had been fully renovated, with new mattresses, linens, and towels. We arrived at night and got a warm welcome, and the view was incredible. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool is heated. The larger apartments are still being renovated.

The barbecue area by the pool was fantastic for a good barbecue. They have all the cutlery and dishes you need, just ask in advance. The kitchen in the apartment is small and not very practical for cooking, but it works for heating food or getting takeout. Solanas is in a great spot in Punta Mogotes, with easy access to public beaches and well-established resorts. The apartment is cleaned daily, and towels and sheets are changed on request. The building has covered parking, elevators, and 24-hour security and reception.

One night we got back late and rang the bell for 20 minutes before anyone let us in. The building concierge, the bald one, seemed to be asleep. He'd also treated us very badly when showing us where to park. He has absolutely no tact with people.
